  • When is your next restock?
    My shop restocks product on a 2 week basis that typically lands on a Saturday at 3pm EST, but more specific details can usually be found on my Instagram account.
  • Can I change or modify my order?
    Absolutely! Whether it's due to changing the shipping address or the order itself, you can always contact me at privispotions@gmail.com or dm me on my Instagram @PrivisPotions as soon as possible. Whatever your issue I will always make sure to reply promptly and help solve it.
  • What are your dice made of?
    They are mainly made of epoxy resin and are mixed with different things based off the design such as pigments, alcohol inks, foil, and more. There are many ingredients that can go into a dice's design but the main component is epoxy resin.
  • Do you take comissions?
    I only do commissions for my patrons as an exclusive benefit. If you're interested in getting access to commissions, discounts, and a candle club then check out my Patreon!
  • What is your return/refund/cancellation policy?
    Due to being a small business and everything being handmade I don't accept returns or refunds. Cancellations will be figured out if I am contacted within 3 days of the order being placed, otherwise I will not be able to do a cancellation as the products are made to order. If you have an issue with your order in anyway please reach out to me and I would be happy to communicate about what I could do to make it better!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time I do not, unfortunately. I have been running into consistent issues with international packages not being delivered properly. It has been a struggle for both me and my customers and I want so badly to ship goodies internationally but it's heartbreaking when they get lost in transit, broken, or just don't even get properly delivered in the first place.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been processed and packaged, you will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you ever need more information regarding your tracking number, feel free to reach out to me.
  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
    The time it takes to ship an order out after placing it is usually around 2-5 business days. Privi's Potions is run by a single person, so I try my best to ship as soon as possible but there may be times where it could take 1-2 weeks should there be a busy time such as the holidays or personal emergencies. Your patience is super appreciated as I try to process all your orders and get your goodies out to you!
  • What are your candles made of?
    The candles are made of 100% soy wax which is known for its clean burn. It is biodegradable and easy to clean up with soap and water. Soy wax also burns slower and longer compared to parrafin wax, giving you a longer lasting candle.
  • Can I specially request changes to the candle?
    I can absolutely help with any specific inquiries such as changing the wick used in the candle or if you need one that is unscented. Please make sure to contact me first through my contact me form, the website chat, or my Instagram about your request and I can let you know if I am able make your request.
  • What candle safety should I know?
    Before burning, always trim your candle wick to 1/4 inch. Keep the wax pool clear of any wick debris or clippings at all times. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Place your candle on a heat resistant surface and away from anything that could catch fire. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. If smoking occurs, blow out the candle and trim the wick before you relight it. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Discard candle when there is 1/4 inch of wax remaining.
  • My candle won't hold a flame after the first burn, what do I do?
    There are a few reasons this could occur and a few tactics to fix it! When you burn your candle for the first time, it is best to let the wax to the edge melt to prevent creating a smaller tunnel of wax that will melt. If you are having issues with your candle holding a flame, it could be that it's not getting enough oxygen due to the small wax pool around it. Burn your candle until a pool of wax begins to melt, then blow out the flame. Make sure your candle is not lit at all for this next step. Next, you will take a piece of paper towel and soak up a that melted wax, this will create space between the wick and wax allowing more oxygen to reach it and for the candle to hold a flame.
  • Won't the d20 come out warped due to the heat?
    Not at all! The temperature the candle wax gets to is not hot enough to warp the shape of the d20. All d20's are in a protective aluminum package as well as a little plastic bag to help prevent wax from getting onto the d20. Not even the thin plastic of the bag it sits in gets warped or melted by the heat so you can be assured that your d20 will come out ready to play with!
  • Why does my candle have lighter spots?
    If you notice your candle has an almost "frosted" look in certain spots, worry not this is absolutely natural! Because I use 100% natural soy wax, this is just a sign of using a natural wax. Frosting is actually a unique and natural effect of using vegetable waxes, especially soy. The wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it begins to crystallize. It doesn't affect the performance of the candle in any way and also means your wax is 100% natural. This does not impact the performance, smell, or quality of the candle whatsoever, just a side of using natural wax compared to paraffin wax!
